About Tara Perrin
I founded Harmony for Her out of a deep passion for empowering women through all stages of life—be it during younger adult years, pregnancy, the postnatal period, perimenopause, or beyond. Having now worked for the NHS and private sector for over 15 years, I have witnessed firsthand the significant number of women affected by various health issues and the challenges they face in seeking help. Many are unaware that support is available, while others feel too embarrassed to discuss their concerns. My mission is to change that narrative.
As a mum of two lovely children, I understand the balancing act of motherhood. After the birth of my son in 2014, I experienced debilitating back pain, which made managing daily life and caring for a newborn incredibly difficult. This personal experience enriched my empathy and understanding, highlighting the importance of addressing postnatal health issues promptly.
Throughout my journey, I have also developed a strong passion for holistic healing therapies, including Reiki. I believe in the power of these methods to nurture our nervous systems and promote overall well-being. By integrating these healing modalities into my practice, I aim to support women not just physically but also emotionally and spiritually, helping them heal from within.
At Harmony for Her, I strive to educate and empower women about a wide range of health issues while providing specialist, accessible assessment and treatment. Together, we can work towards restoring your health and harmony.
